Granola is one of those yummy foods we all grew up with, but sadly most store bought granolas are full of gluten, grains, oats and covered in refined sugar, seed oils and processed dried fruits. Which if you work with me as a client know all cause hormonal imbalances, inflammation and block your flow.
This is my healthy greenshaker homemade version, there are no grains, it's protein packed with nuts, seeds, coconut flakes and sesame seeds. Then covered in coconut oil, tahini and vanilla for a rich and decadent flavour, before being baked in the oven for the perfect crunch.
